PREAMBLE
WHEREASr the City Cou~cil of the City of Boynton Beach~
Ftorida~ deems it necessary a~d essential for the efficient
daily operation of the municipal government to make the provisions
of Section 30B-32(I)(1)(b) applicable im~diately rather than
after January 1¢ 1974, and to amend the exceptions set forth in
sub-paragraph 2.e. of said Section.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT, ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the first paragraph of Section 30B-32 (I)(1)
(b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended by deleting the sentence:
"This will apply to all

Section 2: That sub-paragraph 2.c. of Section 30B-32 (I)(1)
(b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida~ is hereby amended to read as follow~:

tanks whose owners have granted and conveyed
easements to the city for the purpose of the
current sewer expansion project which is num-
bered 6858-8m~ HUD ~WS-FLA 281~"
Section 3: Authority t~o Codify: Specific authority is
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the
City's existing Code.

Section . SeDarability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 5: ~epealinq Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6: An effective date: This Ordinance shall become
effective immediately.
