AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
FIXING A TAX RATE AND LEVYING TAXES FOR ~54E USE AND
SUPPORT OF THE ~I3NICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID MUNICI-
PALITY BY MAKING A TAX LEVY FOR THE GENERAL EXPENSE,
CITY PUBLICITY AND INTEREST AND SINKING FUND REQUIRE-
MENTS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR TEE
FISCAL ~AR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1973, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1974, AND APPORTIONING EACH 'LEVY FOR
A SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That there is hereby levied and there shall
he collected for the use:and support of the Municipal government
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and to provide for the
City publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund requirements for
the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1973, and ending September
30, 1974, upon all property, real, personal, and mixed, within
the corporate limits of said City subject to taxation as
said tax being so levied and apportioned to the specific
herein set forth:

Section 2: Ail money collected under this Ordinance for
the specific items herein named be and the same are hereby
appropriated and set apart for the specific purposes indicated
in each item. All receipts for the City not specifically
apportioned by this Ordinance :are hereby made payable to the
General Fund of the City.
Section 3: This Ordinance is an ordinance fixing the tax
rate and making a tax levy for the General Expense, City Pub-
licity and Interest and Sinking Fund requirements upon the in-
debtedness of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the fiscal
year beginning October 1, 1973 and ending September 30~ 1974.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall become effective from
and after its passage in accordance with the Charter of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida~ in such cases ma de~and provided.
