AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~
APPROVING PLAT OF RIDGE G~OVE ESTATES; PROVIDING
YURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING P~OVISIONS~
AN EFFECTIVE DATE KND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDKI~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
S~c~ion 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed
plat of Ridge Grove~Estates heretofore submitted to the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for approval, pursuanv to the
Charter and the Ordinances of the said City, does meet all requirements
of the City and that same is hereby approved.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separables including word, clause~ phrase or sentence~
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining
shall not be affected~ but shall remain in full force and
portion
effecT.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter an~
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida.
