AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF GOLF VIEW HBRBOUR~ 3rd ADDITION;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS~ AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLOP~D~
Section l: That it is herefoy determined that the proposed
plat of Golf View Harbour, 5rd Addition~ heretofore submitted to the
City Council of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida for approval~ pursu-
ant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the said City does meet all
requirements of the City and that same is hereby approved subject to
developer preparing and filing with the City Clerk a perfomance and
completion bond in the total amount of $~dO~ ~ insuring that
improvements within said areas are installed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
dinance ~re separable, including word, clause~ phrase or sentencer and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid~ the remaining portion
shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section ~: Repealing Provisions: All Drdinances or parts
of ordinances mn conflic~ herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Dat~: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida.
