AN ORDINaNCE OF THE CITY OF BOYETON BEACH~ FLORIDA~
APPROVING PLAT OFTENEH SECTION OFPALMBEACH
LEISUREVILLB; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPE~LING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT OP~D~iNED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYETON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed
plat of Palm Beach Leisureville~ Tenth Sectien~ heretofome submitted to
the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida for approval, pur-
suanv To the Charter and the Ordinances of the said City does meet all
requirements of the City and that same is hereby approved subject to
developer preparing and filing with the City Clerk a performance and
completion bond in the total amount of $ I~ ~7~%~3~ insuring that
improvements within said areas are installed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Or-
dinance are separable, including word, clause~ phrase or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion
shall not be affeeted but shall remain in full ~o~ree and effect.
Section 5: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effec.
rive in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
