AN ORDINkNCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~
APPROVING PLAT ~4, LAXE EDEN SUB-DIVISION; PROVIDING
FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
ANEFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE tT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed

Plat ~4, Lake Eden Sub-Division, heretofore eubmitted to the City
Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida for approval, pursuant to
the Charter and the Ordinances of the said City does meet all require-
ments of the City and that same is hereby approved subject to developer
preparing and filing with the City Clerk a perfommance and completion
bond in the total amount of $150~000.00, insuring that improvements
within said areas are installed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Or-
dinance are separable~ including word~ clause, phrase or sentence~ and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid~ the remaining portion
shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall beeome ef-
fective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordin-
ances of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida.
