AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA~
APPROVING PLAT OF EAST HALF OF BLOCK 34, BOYNTON RIDGE;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE~ REPEALING
PROVISIONS~ AN EFPECTIVE DATE AND FOROTHER ?UPYPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYRTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed
plat of East ~alf of Block 34, Boynton Ridge~ heretofore submitted to
the City Council of the City of Boyn~on Beach~ Florida, for approval,
pursuant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the said City does meet
all requirements of the City and that same is hereby approved.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinancesare separable~ including word~ clause: phrase or sentence:
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid~ the remaining
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and
0rdinanees of the City of Boynton Beach: Florida.
