AN ORDINkNCE OF THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF ROLLING GREEN RIDGE 3RD ADDITION,
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIY% COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Sectionl: That it is hereby determined that the propased
plat of Rolling Green Ridge 3rd Addition heretc fore submitted
to the City Council of the City of Boynvon Beach, Florida~for
approval, pursuanv to the Charter and the Ordinances of the said
Cit~ does mee~ all requirements of the Cit~ and that same is
hereby approved. A subdivision bond in the amounv of $262500
has been posted, insuring that improvements within said areas
completed,
are/installed and ~aid for.
Section 2: Separability: Eaeh of the provisions of th~
Ordinance are separable, including words clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion hereof
