AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF MANGO HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION~
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AMD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLOP~iDA:
Section 1: That it ia hereby detern~ned that the
proposed plat of Mango Heights First Addition heretofore
submitted vo the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach~
Florida~for approval~ eursuant to the Charter end the Ordinances
of the said Cit¼ does maes all requirements of the Cit~ and
that same is hereby approved. A bond has been posted in the
voval amount of $76,000 for Mango Heights and Mango Heights
completed~
First Addition insuring that improvements within said areas are/
installed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word~ elause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall nov be affected bMt shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter
and Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
