AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLOR!DA~
APPROVING PLAT OF M/~'GO HEIGHTS; PRo~D%NG
F~A SAVINGS CL~USE~ ~PE~ING P~OVIS~ONS~ AN
~FFS~ ~T~ AND FOR o~R ~oHEs.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITer OF BOYNTON
BEACH~ FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed
plat of Mango Heights heretofore submitted to the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach~ Florida~ for approval, pursuant to the Charter
and the Ordinances of the said City~ does meet all requirements of the
City~ and that same is hereby approved. A bond has been posted in the
total amount of $76~000 for Mango Heights and Mango Heights First Addi-
tion insuring that improvements within said areas are completed~ in-
stalled and paid for.
Section 2: Separabili%y: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable~ including word~ clause, phrase or sen~enc%
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid~ the remaining
portion shall now be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.

of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby pepeated.

effective in the manner and aw the time provided in the Charter and
