FLORIDA, CREATING THE ~OSITION OF ASSISTANT
CITY PRQSECUTOR: PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO
CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS
ANEFFECTIVE DATE ~ND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1: That

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
mas deemed it necessary and advisable to create the position of
Assistant City Prosecutor; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEACN, FLORIDA°
the provisions of Section 2-4.4 of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida is
· ereby amended by addition of the following paragraph:

In accordance with authority set forth in Section 23
of the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, the un-
ctass~ified position of assistant city Prosecutor is hereby created
