Vi~ING FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS ' CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS~ ~q'~ EFFECTIVE DATE iUD FOR OZ ER P OSESo WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach ~as deemed it necessary and advisable to establish and appoint a cormnittee Appearance Board for the reasons set forth in Ordinance 73-2, and, WHEREAS, the said City Council having previously passed Drdinance 73-1, establishing a technical committee for building site plan review, now is desirous of receiving site plan recom- tions from the Community Appearance Board prior to final approval by the City Council; now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows: Florida, ev lew, Section 1: Ordinance 73-1 of the City of Boynton Beach, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 31-16.1 Technical Co~mmittee For Site ~gtSn (1) A Technical Cormnittee for site plan review is here- by established which shall consist of the Department Head, or his designated representative, of each of the following City Depart- ments: Public works and utilities, Fire, Police, Planning, Parks, and Recreations and Building Department."
