FLORIDA, FOR THE DAILY OPERATIOA- OF MUNICIPAL DEPART-
MENTS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 72-25 OF THE ORDINANCES

sentence, and if any portions thereof shall be declared
invalid, the remaining portions shall not be affected, but

Section 3 - Repealinq Provisions: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
~ection 4 Effectiv~ Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective immediately as provided in the Charter of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida.
