PALM BEACH LEISUREVILLE; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR A SAVINGS cLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTI-IER PURPOSES.

Section h That il is hereby determined that the proposed plat
of Palm Beach Leisureville, Ninth Section, heretofore submitted to
City Council of the City of Boymon Beach, Florida for approval, pursuam
to the Charier and the Ordinances of the said City does mee~ all require-
ments of the City and that same is hereby approved ~isubjec~ to developer
procuring and filing with the City Clerk a performance and completion bond
in the total amount of $432, 850.71, insuring that improvements within said
areas are installed and paid for.

separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared ~nvalid, the remaining portion shall not be affecte
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisio ns:_ All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SecTion 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective tn
the marmer and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boyn~on Beach, Florida.
