A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH BOND TO THE SHOPPES OF
BOYNTON TERRANOVA CORP., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$5,280.00; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this project previously posted a cash bond in the
of $5,280.00 for the completion of permitted work at the Tuesday Morning Store
and
WHEREAS, all inspections have been successfully completed and a Certificate of · has been issued; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
2)F BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, h~reby approves the release of the cash bond in the mount of
$5,268.00, to Shoppes of Boynton Ten'anova Corp.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
