A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER/APPROPRIATION
OF FUNDS E'4 THE AMOUNT OF $250,000 FROM THE
RESERVE FOR FUTURE APPROPRIATIONS
ACCOUNT TO THE POLICE REGULAR SALARIES
ACCOUNT FOR WAGE AND BENEFITS FOR
PERSONNEL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, ratification of Collective Bargaining Agreements necessitates the
:ansfer/appropriation of additional funds for wages and benefits; and
Wttl~,REAS, the City Commission deems it appropriate to transfer the sum of
$250,000 from the Reserve for Future Appropriations Account tNo. 001-1211-512-9903)
to the Police Regular Salaries Account (No. 001-2110-521-1210);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
authorizes and directs the Finance Department to transfer the amount of $250,000 from
the Reserve for Future Appropriations Account (No. 001-1211-512-9903) to the Police
Regular Salaries Account (No. 001-2110-521-1210), for wages and benefits for
)ersonnel.
