A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. AUTHORIZING
A FULL RFJ,EASE OF CASH BOND TO BAPS
DEVELOPMENT. INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,000.00
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS BAPS TEMPLE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, BAPS Development, Inc., the developer for the project known as BAPS
temple, previously posted a cash bond in the mount of $33,000,00 for the completion of the
~ermitted work; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department of the City of Boynton Beach is satisfied with
ae completion of the work and the final Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
rile CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
'econunendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash bond in the amount of
$33,000.00 to BAPS Temple, Inc.
Section 2.
