A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COiVIMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO EB
DEVELOPERS, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,600.00;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W[IEREAS, EB Developers, Inc., the developer for the project known as Belmont,
)reviously posted a cash surety in the amount of $13,600.00 for the water and sanitary sewer
~stem; and
WHEREAS, the Utility Department of the City of Boynton Beach is satisfied with
te completion of the work, and the systems have been transferred to the City for ownership,
)peration and maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO1VIMISSION OF
rilE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1 The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
-ecommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the amount of
~13,600.00, to EB Developers, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
