A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH BOND TO THE COLLAGE
COMPANIES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $66,176.00 FOR THE
PROJECT KNOWN AS GALE INDUSTRIES; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WItEREAS, The Collage Companies, the developer for the project known as Gale
ndustries warehouse, previously posted a cash bond in the mount of $66,176.00 for the
completion of the permitted work; and
WHEREAS, the Building Departmem of the City of Boynton Beach is satisfied with
the completion of the work and the final Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY pT. ItE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYI~TON BEACH, FLORIDA, TttAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash bond in the mount of
$66,176.00 to The Collage Companies.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
