A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF TI-IE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO CATALFUMO
CONSTRUCTION, LTD., 1N THE AMOUNT OF
$3,000.00, FOR TIlE PROJECT KNOWN AS STOR-ALL ON
INDUSTRIAL AVENUE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Catalfumo Contstmction, Ltd., the developer for the project known as
tor-All on Iudustrial Avenue, previously posted a cash surety in the amount of $3,000.00 for
the water and sanitary sewer system; and
[[ WHEREAS, the Utility Department of the City of Boynton Beach is satisfied with
the completion of the work; and the systc~ns have been transferred to the City for ownership,
operation and maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
TIlE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the mount of
$3,000.00, to Catalfumo Construction, Ltd.
Section 2. TlmI this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
