A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON EACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
BOUNDARY PLAT FOR MANATEE BAY
DEVELOPMENT, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS SET
FORTH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boymon Beach, Florida, upon
recommendation of staff, does hereby approve a boundary plat of the Manatee Bay
development, subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat will be reviewed by the Interim Director of Engineering prior to
recording.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
TItE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACIt, FLORIDA, TItAT:
Section 1 The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the boundary plat of Manatee Bay development,
subject to the concFltions set forth above.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
