A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$70,000 FROM CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT (001-1211-512-
99-01) TO PLANNING & ZONING CONSULTANT FEES
(001-2414-515-34-53) TO FACILITATE THE REVISION
AND UPDATING OF THE CITY'S LAND DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WI-IEREAS, staff has recommended, and the Commission has concurred, that this

WttEREAS, there is money available in the contingency fund to cover the funds
this project forward;
WHEREAS. the reallocation of funds proposed by sufff with respect to these Funds
accomplished without the necessity of additional appropriation by the City

NOW, TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COMMISSION OF
· O1~ BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The foregoing Whereas clauses are true and correct and are adopted as
~asis for the following transfer of funds.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby authorizes the transfer of $70,000 from
Contingency Fund (001-1211-512-99-01) to Planning & Zoning Consultant Fees (001-
414-515-34-54).
Section 3.

That this Resolution will become effective immediately upon passage.
