A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF
BOYNTON ~BEACH TO R.Co BOOS, INC.,/FELNER
CONSTRUCTION, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$75,000.00 IN REGARD TO THE PROJECT
CLOSE 'oUT FOR BOYNTON BAY APARTMENTS
(a/k/a THE H~LET); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 17, 1990 the City Commission of the City
)f Boynton Beach, Florida approved the subject, site plan and
pledged $75,0Q0.00 towards N.E. 4th Street improvements; and
WHEREAS~ both the development
improvements are now complete.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby authorize pa!rment by the City of
Boynton Beach to R.C. Boos, Inc./Felner Construction, Inc~, in
the amount of $75,000.00 in regard to the project close out for
Boynton Bay Apartments (a/k/a The Hamlet]conditioned~on~th~de~eI-
bplan-first installing the reflective paint crosswalks and the
~oncrete walk at the maintenance building drive, as offered by
the developer.
Section 2.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately
