A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF APRIL 16f 1992, AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT TO CDM FOR EXTRA ENGINEERING
SERVICES ON THE ODOR ABATEMENT-AERATION
BASINS AND EFFLUENT PUMP STATION
EXPANSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater
~reatment & Disposal Board at a meeting held on February 25,
1992~ by a vote of 9-0 authorized the payment to CDM for
Extra Engineering ~ervices on the Odor Abatement-Aeration
Basins and Effluent Pump Station Expansion; and
WHEREAS, costs as submitted in the amount of $21,732.31
mre to be assessed 50% to the City of Boynton Beach and 50%
~o the City of Delray Beach; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~${ISSlOH
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the action taken
~y the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment &
Disposal Board on April 16, 1992, authorizing payment to CDM
for Extra Engineering Services on the Odor
~batement-Aeration Basins and Effluent Pump Station
Expansion.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take
immediately upon passage.

ACTION OF APRIL 16, 1992
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and
Disposal Board did on April 16, 1992, by a vote of 9-0 authorize
payment to CDM for Extra Engineering Services on the Odor Abate-
ment - Aeration Basins and Effluent Pump Station Expansion and
subject to ratification by City of Boynton Beach and City of
Delray Beach in independent sessions; and
WHEREAS, costs as submitted in the amount of $21,732.31
to be assessed 50% to the City of Boynton Beach and 50% to
City of Delray Beach; and,
are
the
WHEREAS, the Board action requires ratification by the City
of Boynton Beach and the City of Delray Beach;
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and the
City of Delray Beach, Florida, hereby ratify said Board action
independently.
The above action is hereby ratified in open session by the
