A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~LqISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF APRIL 16, 1992, AUTHORIZING
THE RELEASE OF FUNDS FROM THE SINKING
FUND TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater
~reatment & Disposal Board at a meeting held on February 25,
~992, by a vote of 9-0 authorized the release of funds from
~he Sinking Fund in the amount of $1,500~000.00 to the City
~f Boynton Beach which was their portion of funds authorized
for use in the Odor Abatement System-Aeration Basin, New
Electrical Service and Effluent Pump Station Expansion
?roject; and
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater
Preatment & Disposal Board now requests ratification of such

i! NOW, THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA T~AT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the action taken

Disposal Board on April 16, 1992, authorizing release of
funds from the Sinking Fund in the amount of $1,500,000.00
to the City of Boynton Beach.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take
immediately upon passage.

WHEREAS, the South Central .Regional Wastewater Treatment and
Disposal Board on April 16 ,1992, by a vote of 9-0 authorized the
release of funds from the Sinking Fund in the amount of
$1,500,000.00 to the City of Boynton Beach which was their

WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the City
