A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
_BOYNTON BEACH AND CENTECH UTILITY
CORPORATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W}tEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, deems it to be
in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the
2ity of Boynton Beach to enter into a contract with Centech
Utility Corporation for the maintenance and repair of twelve
~ells.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
DF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
3oynton Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes and directs the
~ayor and City Clerk to execute a Contract with Centech
3tility Corporation for the maintenance and repair of twelve
~ells, which Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
