A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR BOYNTON ISLES, PLAT NO. 2, A
REPLAT OF TRACT "A" IN BOYNTON ISLES,
PLAT NO. 1 IN SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 45r PAGE 109 OF PALM BEACH
COUNT~ OFFICIAL RECORDS TO MURPHY
CONSTRUCTION CO.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon the recommendation of staff, desires
to release the Performance Bond in the amount of $5,500.00
from Murphy Construction Co., for the purpose of assuring
sidewalk completion within the Boynton Isles Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE ciTY 0FBOyN~ON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes release of the
Performance Bond in the amount of $5,500.00 to Murphy
Construction Co.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall
effective immediately upon passage.
