THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR
BOYNTON LAKES NORTH P.U.D., PLAT NO. 5
AND RELEASE OF SURETY FOR BOYNTON LAKES
BODLEVARD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
P.U.D., Plat No 5 to $25~000.00 and release of the surety
in the amo~t of $10,000.00 for Boynton Lakes Boulevard.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITYCO~I$SION
, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Flori~, hereby approves reduction of the
surety for Boynton Lakes North P.UoD., plat No. 5, and
release of the surety for Boynton Lakes BOulevard.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon pa,ssage.
