A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE F~YOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA AND THE TOWN OF OCEAN
RIDGE; A COPY OF SAID INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED HERETO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby deems it to be in
the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to
enter into an Intertocal Agreement with the Town of Ocean Ridge
for the installation of a new subaqueous water main;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT.
Section 1. The City ComMission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute the Interlocal Agreement between the City of
Boynton Beach and the Town of Ocean Ridge, which Agreement is
attached hereto.
Section 2.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately
