A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A RENEWAL OF THE
PRIVATE OPERATIONAL FIXED MICROWAVE
RADIO' STATION LICENSE BETWEEN THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH AND THE FEDERAL
COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION; A COPY OF
SAID RENEWAL iS ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby deems it to be in
the best ~terest of the citizens an~ residents of the City to
renew the Private Operational Fixed Microwave Radio Station
License which has been in effect since March 6, 1987, and will be
expiring March 6, 1992;
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BoyNToN BE~CH, FLORIDA THAT.
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute the renewal application between the City of
Boynton Beach and the Federal Communications Commission, a copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2.
