A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR
BOYNTON LAKES NORTH P.U.D.; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
I Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of the City Engineer,
authorizes reduction or releases on various plats within the
Boynton Lakes North P.U.D., as follows:

Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby approves reduction of the
'surety for Boynton Lakes North P.U.D., according to the
recommendation of the City Engineer as outlined above.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
