A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE CASH BOND IN
THE AMOUNT OF $11,044.00 TO COVER THE
LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FEDERAL HIGHWAY AND
WOOLBRIGHT ROAD (CALIFORNIA FEDERAL
BANK) TO CALIFORNIA FEDERAL BANK.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida~ upon the recommendation of staff, desires to
release the cash bond in the amount of $11,044.00 to cover
cost of landscaping improvements along the southeast corner
of Federal Highway and Woolbright Road (California Federal
Bank) to California Federal Bank.
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes release of the
cash bond in the amount of $11,044.00 to California
Federal Bank.
