A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PROPOSAL FOR
PROPESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH AND GEE AND JENSON
FOR REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF STRUCTURES
AND DUNES/VEGETATION AT OCEANFRONT
PARK, SAID PROPOSAL BEING ATTACHED
HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
IFlorida, upon recommendation of Staff, deems it to be in the best
~nterests of the citizens and residents of the City of Boynton
peach to enter into an agreement with Gee and Jenson to provide
Drofessional services regarding repair and restoration of
I~tructures and dunes/vegetation at oceanfront Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
