A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AT
LEXINGTON LAKES.
WHEREAS, portions of the aforementioned water and sewer
systems are~redominat~ly completed and certified as such by
the engineeror'~reCord, and
engineering firm of record has requested a
surety from $33~,894.05 to $111,698.07.
· BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY CO~4ISSION
BEACE, FLORIDA:
Section t. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach~ Florida, hereby approves reduction of the
surety to ~111,698.07, said amount to be furnished by
amendment of the original Letter of Credit from Bank
Atlantic.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
