A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF OCTOBER 17, 1991, AUTHORIZING
UTILIZATION OF THE SINKING FUND TO
REPLACE ENTIRE HYDROGRITTER UNIT,
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL COMPONETS
BUCK-EL CONVEYOR ~ND FURNISH AND INSTALL
TOSHIBA MAIN AND DIAGNOSTIC PANEL
BOARDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the the South Central Regional Wastewater
Treatment ~.Disposal Board at a meeting held on October 17,
1991, authorized utilization of the Sinking Fund to replace
entire Hydrogritter Unit @ $16,500.00, Mechanical and
Electrical Componets Buck-E1 Conveyor @ $12,500.00, and
furnish and install Toshiba Main and Diagnostic Panel Boards
@ $13,750.00; and
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater
~reatment & Disposal Board budget now requests ratification
by each respective City being Delray Beach and Boynton
Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1o The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the action taken
by the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment &
Disposal Board on October 17, 1991, authorizing utilization
of theSinking Fund for the purposes stated above.
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.

RATIFICATION OF SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF OCTOBER 17, 1991
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and
Disposal Board did on October 17 ,1991, by a vote of 6-0
authorize to utilize Sinking Fund to replace entire Hydrogritter
Unit @ $16,550.00, Mechanical and Electrical Componets Buck-E1
Conveyor @ $12,500.00, and furnish and install Toshiba Main and
Diagnostic Panel Boards @ $13,750.00 and subject to ratification
by City of Boynton Beach and City of Delray Beach in independent
sessions; and,
WHEREAS, costs as submitted in the amount of $42,800.00 are
to be assessed 50% to the City of Boynton Beach and 50% to the
City of Delray Beach; and,
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the City
of Boynton Beach and the City of Delray Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach and the City of
Delray Beach hereby ratify said Board action independently.
The above action is hereby ratified in open session by the
City of Boynton Beach this .~-- day of ~, 1991, by a
