A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF FIRST
UNION AS PAYING AGENT, ESCROW AGENT AND
REGISTRAR FOR THE RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES REVENUE AND REVENUE REFUNDING
BONDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Smith Barney had requested bids on behalf of
the City of Boynton Beach to act as PayiNg Agent, Escrow
Agent and Registrar for the Recreational Facilities Revenue
and Revenue Refunding Bonds;
NOW, THE/~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CiTY OFBoyNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida hereby authorizes the appointment of
First Untion as Paying Agent, EScrow Agent and Registrar for
the Recreational Facilities Revenue and Revenue Refunding
Bonds.
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
