A RESOLUTION- OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR1DA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH BOND, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$770.00, FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS IMPRESSION
PLUS, AND PROVDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer for the project known as Impressions Plus, previously
a cash bond in the amount of $770.00 for the completion of work at Impression Plus;
WHEREAS, the Building Department of the City of Boynton Beach is satisfied with
the completion of the work, and a Certificate of Completion as been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash bond in the amount of
$770.00 to Advanced Commercial Contractors, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
