Section 1: That lhe City Council of the Cily o£ Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby deems lhat all necessary requirements with regard to
approval of subdivision plats required by the Charter and Ordin~ces of the
City of Boyn~on Beach, Florida, have been complied with~ m~l~tive p~oposed

thereon, the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby ~ugh6~llzed to
