AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, FIXING A TAX RATE AND LEVYING TAXES
FOR THE USE AND SUPPORT OF THE MUNICIPAL
GOVERNMENT OF SAID MUNICIPALITY BY MAKING A
TAX LEVY FOR THE GENERAL EXPENSE, CITY PUBLICITY
AND INTEREST AND SI~.~F~ING FUND REQUIREMENTS OF
TIIE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNIN@ OCTOBER 1, 1972, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1973, AND APPORTIONING EACH LEVY
FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLOR~A:
Section 1: That there is hereby levied and there shall be
collected forii~ use and support of the Municipal government of the City
of Boykton Beach, Florida, and To provide for the City publicity and
Interest and Sinking Fund requirements for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1972, and ending September 30, 1973, upon ail property,
real, personal, and mixed, within the corporate limits of said City
subject to laXation as follows, said tax being so levied and apportioned
the specific purposes herein set for+Ja:

All money collected under this Ordinance for the
specific items herein named be and the same are hereby appropriated and
set apart for the specific purposes indicated in each item. All receipts
for the City not specifically apportioned by this Ordinance are hereby made
payable to the General Fund of the City.
Section 3: This Ordinance is an ordinance fixing the tax rate and
making a tax levy for the General Expense, City Fubliei%y and Interest and
Sinking Fund requirements upon the indebtedness of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning October ]~ 1972 and ending
September 30, 1973.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall become effeclive from and
after its passage in accordance with the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, in such cases made and provided.
