AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE FOR TI~2 CONSTRUCTION
AND OPERATION OF A MEDICAL CLINIC ON LOT 94.
HIGH POINT, BOYNTON BEACH, FLOI~IDA, RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 225; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR
SAVINGS CLAUSE, l~EPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the owner of the property more particularly
described hereinafter has heretofore filed an application with the City of
Boynton Beach requesting conditional use of subject property for the
construction and operation of a medical clinic and has filed plans
app~ur~nt thereto witt~the Municipal Planning Board and after public
hearing thereon, the said Planning Board has unanimously re~qommended
t(~ the City Council that the said application be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That a conditional use for the construction and
operation of a medical clinic on the following described property is
hereby granted:
Lot 94, HIGH POINT. a subdivision of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plal thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in
Plat Book 23, Page 225.
The' official Zoning Map of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence,
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion
shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: I~a~ ling Provisions All ordinances or paris of
ordinance s in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effeciive Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in lhe Charier and
Ordinances of lhe City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
