AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
A~D OPEI~TION OF A ,CHURCH ON LOT 171, LESS THE
EAST 16.36 FEET OF THE NORTH 53 FEET THEREOF, AND
ALL OF LOTS 172, 174, 175, 176, 177 and 178, BLOCK "C",
BOY, NTOi~ttILLS, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 4; PAGE 51; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR
SAVINGS CLAUSE, L~EALING PROVISIONS, AN
t~FFECTIVE DA:T~E ~ID FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the owner of the property more particularly described
hereinafter has heretofore filed an application with the City of Boyn~on
Beach requesting ce nditional use of subject property for the construction
and operation of a church and has filed plans appurtinent thereto with the
Municipal Planning Board and after public hearing thereon, the said
Planning Board has ananimousty requested of the City Council that the
said application be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That a conditional use for the construction and
operation of a church on the following described property is hereby granted:
Lot 171, Less the East 35 reef and less the West 16.36
feet thereof, (all as measured along the property lines),
and all of Lots 172, 174, 175, 176, 177, and 178, Block
' C", BOYNTON HILLS, a subdivision of the City of
Boynzon Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 51.
The official Zoning Map of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, includir~g word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Seciion 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
