AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING PLAT OF PALM BEACH
LEISUREVILLt~ SECTION VIII, PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR A SAVINGS CLAU~E, R~PEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby delermined lhat the proposed
plat of PaLm Beach Leisureville, Seciion VIII, heretofore submitted to the
City Council of the Cify of Boynton Beach, Florida for approval, pursuant
to the Charter and lhe Ordinances of the said City does meet all requirements
of the City and thai same is hereby approved subject to developer procuring
and filing with the City Clerk a perfor~mance and completion bond in fhe total
amount of $115,161.47 , insuring that improvements within said areas
are inslalled and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordi-
nance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion he reof shall be dec [ared invaIid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effect-
lye in the manner and at the lime provided in the Charter and ~)rdinances of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
