AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY-OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA,, AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
6-2 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY
DESCRIBING TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF BOYNTON BEACH
M ~L~ICI~PAL CEMETERY, PROVIDING FURTHER FOR
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN EEFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Sectio~ 1: Thai Section 6-2 of the Coi~ified Ordi~al~ces of'the
Cily of Boynton. Beach, Elorida, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"East 400 feet of Lot 5, and lhe wesz portion of Lot
less the south 150 feel thereof, lying west of
Blvd..~continuation right-of-way in Section 33, Township
45 South, Range 43 East, according to the plal thereof
recorded in the office of the Clerk of lhe Circuit Court in
and for Palm Beach County, Florida, is hereby set aside and
established as a eemetery, io be known and designated as
Boynton Beach M~nicipal Cemetery, and the plat of a portion
thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of Palm
Beach County, Florida, in Plal Book 21, Page 84, which is a
part of the above description and is hereby designated as an
official plal for the grounds for cemetery purposes.
Section 2: Specific authority is hereby granted zo codCfy and
incorporate this Ordinance in the City's exisiing Code.
Section 3: Separabiliiy: EaCh of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portions thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effecz.
Section 4: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in Conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section ~: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at ~he time provided in [he Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton ]Beach, Florida.
