AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 71-34 OF TI-rE
ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY PROVIDING FOR SITE PLAN
APPROVAL;.PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, F LORI, DA:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 71-34 providing for Site
plan approval be and the same is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid~ the remaining portion
shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinance or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the maimer and at the fine provided in the Charier and Ordi-
nances of the Ciby of Boymton Beach, Florida.
