AN ORDtNAN CE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-SECTION (e) OF SECTION
9-17 OF TITE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH° FLORIDA, RELATIVE REGULATIONS
FOR SERVICES AND SUB-FEEDS; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
A SAVII~ S CLAUSE, AN EF~'~CTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BEFIT ORDAIN~]D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the provisions o£ Sub-Section (e) of Section
9-17 of the Certified Orcti~anees of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, are
hereby amended by adding the following sentence after the first sentence
of said Sub-Section:
"Where meter rooms andfor transformer rooms are
provided, there shall be no storage allowed in such rooms".
Section 2: Authority To Codify: Specific authority is hereby
granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing code.
Section3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Separability: Each of .the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected 3ut shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 5: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boyn~on Beach, Florida.
