PROYIDING FURTHER FOR; SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN ~FFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORI~:
Section 1: That Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, PALM BEACH
-~--~-~--NTRY CLUB ESTATI~ ~ City of Boynton Beach,
Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book
11, Page 43, be and the same are hereby rezoned from
Zone C-1 to R-1. The official zoning map shall be
amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence.
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the rem&ining portion
shall not be affected, hut shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Dale: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Char~er and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
