BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That conditional use for operation of a furniture
store with outside displays is hereby authorized on the following parcel
located in the City of Boynton Beach, County of Palm Beach, State of
The South 139.99 feet of the North 204. 99 feet of the
East 125 feet of the West 176.18 feet of the Northwest
1/4 of the Southwesz 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Sec. 27,
T 45 S R 43 E.
Street Address: 314 South Federal Highway,
The zoning classificalion of subject parcel shall remain as
Zone C-1. The officia~ zoning map shall be noted accordingly.
Section 2: Repealing Provisions: AIl ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence,
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion
shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
