AND ALL OF LOT t3, BLOCK 1; CIVIC CENTER,
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, COUNTY OF PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, RECORDED IH PLAT BOOK
12, PAGE 68; FROM ZONE R-1 A
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PI%O~V~IsioNs, AN EFFE'CTIVE D~TE
AND FOR OTHER' PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the East Half (E. 1/2) of Lot 12, and all of
Lot 13, Block t, CIVIC CENTER, City of Boynton Beach,
Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 68, be and the same are hereby rezoned from Zone
R-1 Ato Zone R-3~.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing provzsions: Ail ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflicl herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided in the Charier and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
