BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTOI~
BEACH, PLORIDA:
Section 1: Thai the North 30 feet of Lot 132 and the
South 40 feet of Lot 133, Block A, BOYNTON HILLS,
City of Boynton Beach, Plorida, Palm Beach County,
Plorida, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 51, be and the
same are hereby rezoned from Zone R-2 to Zone C-1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall noz be
affected, but shall remain in full force and effecz.
Section 3: Repealing provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Daze: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynzon Beach, Florida.
