BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNT~
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Thai the pro~sions of Ordinance 62-9 of the codified
ordnances of the Cily of Boynton Beach, Florida, be ~ tBe same are
hereby amended zo provide:
Thai no poriion of any szructure intended lo be uli~zed for residenlial
commercial or induslria] purposes erecled wiihin lhe municip~ limils of lhe
City of Boynton Beach, Flo~da, shall exceed lhe height of 45 feet above
final grade level of any such structure.
Seciion 2: Aulhorliy lo Codify: Specific auihorily-~Zs hereby granied
zo codify and incorporale ibis Ordinance in lhe City's exisling code.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Alt ordinances or parts of
ordinances in con~ict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Separabi~iy: Each of the provisions of t~s Ordnance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared inva~d, the rem~ning porlion shall not be
affected but shall remain ~n full force and effecl.
Seciion 5: Effeclive Dale: This Ordinance shall become effeclive
in lhe manner ~d al lhe t~e provided in the Charier and Ordinances of lhe
Cily of Boynion Beach, Florida.
